The 100st Post at the end of 2011

Planned to have a post at the end of year 2011, and while I openned my blog, I found I had written 99 posts, wow, it is so coincidence, I can update my 100st post at the end of 2011. It sounds a good sign. Well, I am sending the last day of year 2011, and greeting the first day of year 2012, by updating the post, waiting to watch the coming fireworks (still have 15minutes to reach 12). I do not celebrate the New Year, as usual, and I just back from my part time work actually. I have to work on 31 December 2011 and 1 January 2012 because of the irresistible allowance. Oops, I love money, I guess everyone do love money too =P

This is my uniform, I have worked at Nikon Center, Times Square. I starting to regret not to take photo on my pink uniform last time, if not I might keep the memory in the photo album instead of my brain memory.

Oops, fireworks are going to start, stop writing now, time to enjoy the beautiful and awesome moment. Bye Bye last day of 2011, and Happy the 100st post of my blog. Cheers... ^^

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas... Oops, I am late. Christmas is passed, sad to say that I did not celebrate it as I had worked as Nikon promoter that time, but the allowance was really too irresistible, so the opportunity cost was to give up the celebration with my lovely best friends. (><)

I thought that my Christmas would just pass without any happening, the end it proved I was wrong. I got many toys as Christmas presents ( as above), and had an expensive dinner for free at Brotzeit, Mid Valley. All of these were treated by our boss, agent of Nikon, Ievent.

This was the Nikon booth during DCIM fair. You might see many toys displayed at the booth. They were just for decoration purpose. And our boss spent around RM5k to buy those toys and gave them to us after end of the fair. All of the promoters were surprised and excited when the boss announced that everyone could took as many as they want. I am really happy and exciting with what I received, I could say that it was my first time to receive so many toys at one time.

We had our dinner celebration at Brotzeit after end of the fair. We had very delicious yet expensive dinner. It was all about germany food. We were served with garden salad, seafood salad, roasted potato, fries, crispy wedges, spicy pork bacon pizza, ham pizza, pork knuckles, Kaiserschmarrn ( german pancakes), white crispy chocolate lava cake, and many more that I could not remember the name. They were so awesome, it was my first time to try the food in germany style. I had tried the germany beer as well, Paulaner. I fancy the mango beer =P The dinner cost our boss RM1k above, our boss is so great!!

I had experienced a different Christmas with my colleague, and it would be one of my memorable moments. I love all of them =)

My birthday- 2Oct2011

Here, we were, Overtime Setapak, to celebrate my 21st birthday.

It was happy to have so many friends celebrate with me. =)

I was the first victim in the game.

The beer was mixed with other ingredients.

You might see here,

those ingredients were salt, sambal, chili sauce, plain water, etc.

But after the games, everyone was so high!!! =D

We kept changing the rules of game,

one of them was say cheers to everyone in Overtime. =P

Even the singer there was one of the victims. =)

Everyone can't stop the flow of being high, it was great!!

While the clock shown 12am, my friends had colluded with singers,

they sang birthday songs for me.

And, I had to cross cup with another singer.

It was surprised me with this arrangment.

After that, my loving friends kept singing birthday song for me.

Hope my wishes come true =)

We found there were another two people had their birthday celebration in Overtime,

and one old couple had their anniversary too.

In the end, birthday songs kept repeating and

song for the couple to wish their love last forever.

Bukit Kayu Hitam

This is the border toward Thailand.

FYI, the distance from my house to this border only takes 30minutes.

And gosh, this was my first time went to Bukit Kayu Hitam, Thailand.

Is it a bit unbelivable? Most of the residents in Kedah especially who stay near to border will always been there. But me? First time!!

Ridiculously, my brother brought me to there.

We went there without any plan in advance.

Just simply want to take mcdonald as dinner.

To be surprised, my parent did not stop us to go, but gave us the permission.

I started to change my perception to my parent,

they always used to be stricted and over-worried.

We parked our car at the free duty zone, and walked through the border.

My brother asked me whether would I feel panic before I went into Thailand,

I said no, I didn't worry anything.

But, the end, the first impression when I walked into Bukit Kayu Hitam,

I had a bit afraid, it is so different with Malaysia,

Malaysia is better!!

There is a bit crowded, dirty and unsecure.

Maybe it was my first time been there, still have yet to be familiar with it.

I saw elephants loitering on the road.

My brother told me I was luckily,

could meet huge elephant rather than small-sized elephant.

We reached Mcdonald.

I found most of my friends went to Thailand would take photo with Mcdonald's man,

it is a trend I guess. So, I can't missed it too =D

Mcdonald at Bukit Kayu Hitam is clean, perhaps it is still new,

and it seem mismatch with the environment outside.

At least, I felt slightly secure inside there.

To be mentioned here, all of the french fries and drink there were large.

We had tried those non-halal burgers.

Samurai Pork Burger, with its name we already know,

it will not launch in Malaysia =P

BBQ Rib Burger, the cashier told me it is pork.

The cashier only know to talk few english and mandarin words,

pork and "zhu" (猪) were the words that he kept telling me.

I bought some pies from there too.

Left hand side was the limited spinach pies,

and right hand side was corn and pineapple pies.

And one box of my favourite shrimp creamy instant noodles. =P

Levain

Levain Boulangerie Patisserie, a place that recommended by Vivian.

Here we were, after our GRE examination.

The purpose I'd been there - to have a try on the macaroon.

There are a lot of flavors.

I never try on macaroon before I went to Levain,

macaroon gave me the image of cute and colouful.

Yes, they are cute and colourful.

And, they are mini in size,

I never expected they are small in size.

We had tried on every flavor that available in Levain.

One bite on it, it was sweet, tried on others, sweet as well.

Even though they came with different flavors,

they were sweet indeed.

We had tried on others, they tasted nice.

The ambience of the restaurane is pleasant too.

In a nutshell, I like the restaurant.
Just a bit regret that I had not took more photos when I'd been there,

so no more photos to be shared here.

I will back to there next time =)
